Maintenance Officer

Position: Maintenance Officer (Textile Manufacture)
Placement: Purwakarta

Qualification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in any major
• At least 5-7 years of working experience as Maintenance Admin Staff
• Well-versed in SAP
• Required language: English

Job Purpose:

Preparing maintenance schedule

1. Entry all schedule and breakdown in SAP
2. Maintaining record registers
3. Maintaining all MMD work from preparing PR in SAP
4. Follow up PR/PO (spares) to Purchasing Department
5. Issue material through SAP
6. Record overtime work in maintenance dept.
7. Control & resolve over the work force day to day issues.
8. Follow-up & coordination with the other departments (Engineering, Production, SQC, Store & purchase, HR etc.)
9. Follow-up for breakdown, prepare data, any why-2 analysis.
10. Recording of inventory & control.
