Job Description

1. Develop and implement maintenance strategies that optimize equipment and infrastructure performance, minimize downtime, and reduce costs.
2. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of maintenance programs, identify areas for improvement, and make recommendations for changes.
3. Plan and coordinate maintenance activities, including scheduling of maintenance work, procurement of spare parts, and management of contractors and vendors.
4. Develop and maintain a system for tracking maintenance performance metrics, analyzing data, and reporting on trends and issues to senior management.
5. Provide leadership and direction to maintenance staff, including training, mentoring, and performance management.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the mining sector.
3. Strong understanding of maintenance best practices and techniques.
4. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement maintenance strategies and programs.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
