About Us

Dillinger & Conquest Partners is a real estate and investment company specializing in luxury villas and property development in Indonesia. We are seeking a skilled CGI Artist to create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renders and visualizations for our villa projects and investment properties.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Create photorealistic 3D renders of villas, interiors, and landscapes.
2. Work with architectural plans, sketches, and reference images to produce high-quality CGI visuals.
3. Provide virtual staging and realistic lighting to enhance property presentations.
4. Collaborate with the team to bring concepts to life for investors and marketing materials.
5. Deliver renders for print, web, and marketing campaigns in various formats.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in real estate CGI and architectural visualization.
2. Proficiency in 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar software.
3. Strong skills in lighting, texturing, and rendering.
4. Ability to work from CAD plans, sketches, and photos.
5. Experience with virtual staging and interior design visualization is a plus.
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
7. Strong portfolio showcasing previous property CGI work.
