The incumbent will be accountable for developing and implementing Sales strategy and plan for her/his respective Store for achieving company's sales number.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from reputable universities
2. At least 3 years working experiences as Area Manager, preferably from Retail industry
3. Has strong technical knowledge of the organization's products, services and sales techniques
4. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
5. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
6. Good communication skills in English and Bahasa
7. Good and proficient Microsoft skills
