Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation and Outreach:
  2. Identify potential customers (parents or guardians) through local outreach, online marketing, collaborations or referrals. Present the benefits of the swimming programs to customers via message and/or over the phone. Trial arrangement based on customer’s preferences. Customize class packages to suit different customer needs (e.g., group classes, one-on-one lessons).

  3. Enrolment and Conversion:
  4. Follow up with leads to convert them into enrolled students. Offer promotional deals, discounts, and loyalty programs to increase sign-ups.

  5. Customer Relationship Management:
  6. Maintain relationships with current customers to encourage repeat enrolments. Manage feedback, handle complaints, and work towards customer satisfaction. Track sales performance, class occupancy, and revenue generation. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management.

  7. Operations:
    1. Class Scheduling and Coordination:
    2. Coordinate with instructors to set up class schedules. Manage the availability of swimming pools, ensuring that lesson slots are allocated efficiently. Handle registration and payments, ensuring all paperwork is completed and up-to-date. Manage class rosters and ensure smooth check-ins.

    3. Safety and Compliance:
    4. Ensure that the swimming classes comply with safety regulations.

    5. Sales of Equipment for Class:
    6. Manage the purchase of swimming equipment for classes. Ensure the items are logged in the system for coaches to pack.

    7. Customer Support:
    8. Address operational concerns from parents or guardians, like class rescheduling or refunds. Ensure smooth communication between parents and instructors regarding class progress.

    9. Perform various operational functions within an organization in an efficient and effective manner.
    10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives and address challenges.

Requirements:

  1. Fluent in English & Mandarin (verbal and written communication skills)
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, customer-oriented
  3. High level of commitment and flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  4. High adaptability, proactive individual
  5. Organized and attention to detail
  6. Proven experience in an operations and/or customer service role, preferably in a supervisory or leadership position
  7. Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  8. Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
  9. Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
  10. Strong organizational and time management skills

Work Arrangements: Thursday to Monday 9AM to 6PM SGT (Remotely)
