Ensure that all customers are delivered the highest quality of service through efficient management of assigned staff and continuous improvement.
Ensure stock levels of all F&B & pantry items are properly maintained and replenished regularly as required.
Provide training and guidance to service staff on the presentation and display of food and beverages. Oversee staff performance, train and coach staff to ensure a smooth operation.
Ensure personal and food hygiene, as well as housekeeping standards in the lounge food service areas and kitchen as per the requirements.
Manage a team of service, cleaning, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth company's lounge operation.
Requirements:
A degree or diploma in hospitality management or a related field can be advantageous.
Fluency in English is required.
Min. 8 years of relevant experience in the hospitality field, especially F&B Division of 5 star hotel.
Excellent ability to interact with customers, address concerns, and provide a positive experience.
Understanding of food and beverage menus, service standards, and proper handling procedures.
Ability to work under pressure, handle unexpected situations, and adjust to changing demands.
