Job Description:

Experiences

• Bachelor of Science degree in process or chemical engineering
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in FEED and EPCI projects in the Oil & Gas industry
• Management skills and experience to lead an internal team and interface with other disciplines, international vendors, and clients
• Flexibility to be assigned in office and yard

Tasks

• Assigned as Loss Prevention / Technical Safety Project Lead / Deputy Project Lead for EPCI offshore oil and gas projects
• Lead the Technical Safety Team activities in accordance with project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule, and quality standards
• Interface with other disciplines, international vendors, and clients
• Define list of activities and deliverables, set up time schedule, and coordinate activities in accordance with contractual requirements
• Ensure proper discipline workflow, interfaces, quality checks, and approval of all discipline project documents
• Monitor and control discipline project progress and man-hour consumption
• Support project efforts with identification of changes to the contract scope
• Track and report to the Project Management the discipline scope of work changes, updating man-hours and cost estimates
• Participate in multidisciplinary project reviews
• Inform the Technical Manager and, if required, the Project Manager of any foreseen technical, financial, or delay risks on a permanent basis
