JUNIOR ADMIN

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating wedding projects
  • Handle client communications
  • Respond to inquiries from clients and vendors
  • Support the team in ensuring smooth operations
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely responses to texts and requests

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask; experience in project management is a plus

JUNIOR ORGANIZING CREW

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the actual event to ensure it runs smoothly according to the rundown
  • Coordinate with vendors and provide support to the client’s family throughout the event
  • Manage catering, makeup, attire, and other vendor services to ensure a seamless experience for clients

Qualifications:

  • Physical stamina
  • Previous experience in events and organizations is preferred

SOCIAL MEDIA ADMIN

Responsibilities:

  • Manage content layout for social media platforms
  • Engage with followers
  • Promote wedding services online
  • Build brand awareness and engage audiences through posts on Instagram and TikTok

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in social media marketing
  • Strong writing skills and creativity
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage
