This is a full-time on-site role for a Live Stream Lead at TNP Group in Kelapa Gading. The Live Stream Lead is pivotal in planning, hosting, and managing live stream events to showcase and promote family-oriented products. The ideal candidate will coordinate with hosts and the online team, engage with viewers, analyze performance data, and develop strategies to boost live performance and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, host, and manage live stream events on platforms such as TikTok and Shopee.
• Coordinate with the host and online teams, set schedules, and ensure smooth live stream execution.
• Interact with viewers to enhance engagement and sales.
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance, providing insights to improve future events.
• Actively contribute to developing strategies for boosting live stream performance.
• Act as a host during live streams, effectively selling products to viewers.
• Provide training and skill development for host live team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Min. 2 years experience as a Leader in live streaming
• Proven experience managing live stream events, particularly on TikTok and Shopee.
• Proficiency in data reporting and software for basic data analysis: Microsoft Office, TikTok dashboard, and others.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with family-oriented products and market trends.
• Expertise in social media platforms and live streaming tools.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales & Target oriented.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Willing to work in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta Utara.
