LIVE Streaming Assistant (Bekasi Placement)

• Set up and maintain technical equipment and samples to ensure effective live streaming. Manage technical processes during live broadcasts, including switching live video feeds and adjusting audio-video quality.
• Prepare for live broadcasts, manage live broadcasts, distribute coupons, act as an assistant, and record issues encountered.
• Analyze data and review live broadcasts to provide suggestions for optimizing future broadcasts.
• Monitor live streaming data, control the pace of broadcasts, including viewer numbers, GPM (gross profit margin), interaction rates, etc. Guide fans to focus on the live streaming room and increase online attendance.
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree, experience in MCN (Multi-Channel Network) work or live streaming control, proficiency in OBS live streaming technology operation, familiar with live streaming platforms, handle seller center and equipment.
• Have at least 1 year experience; Fresh Graduates can apply.
• Proactive and positive work attitude, able to handle problems flexibly, and strong execution skills.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, capable of coordinating and resolving issues during live broadcasts.
• Strong learning ability and problem-solving skills, able to quickly respond to various challenges.
• Willing to be placed in Bekasi, and work shifting.
• Can join as soon as possible.
