Role Description

This is a full-time Live Streamer Supervisor role located in Surabaya. The Live Streamer Supervisor will be responsible for

• Team Management: Leading and managing a team of hosts or streamers, providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations.
• Scheduling: Creating and maintaining weekly live streaming schedules for streamers, adjusting as needed for changes or cancellations.
• Performance Monitoring: Overseeing the quality of live broadcasts, ensuring smooth technical execution, and giving feedback for improvement.
• Cross-team collaboration to ensure smooth broadcasts and achieve set goals.
• Equipment Management: Setting up and managing streaming equipment, such as OBS systems, studio lighting, microphones, and décor.

Qualifications

• Possess strong literacy skills and a willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in live streaming is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, leadership, problem-solving abilities, time management, and a good understanding of live streaming platforms.
• Active, friendly, well-presented, persuasive, and comfortable being on camera for extended periods.
• Positive personality with the ability to energize and engage audiences.
• Target-oriented and driven to achieve results.

• Full-time position, willing to be based in Surabaya.
