Litigation Legal Assistant Manager

About the role

PT Richeese Kuliner Indonesia, a leading food and beverage company, is seeking a talented Legal Litigation Asst. Manager to join our dynamic team in Bandung, West Java. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in managing our legal disputes and ensuring the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

What you'll be doing

• Providing legal advice and support to internal stakeholders on litigation matters
• Actively managing a portfolio of legal cases, including research, case preparation, and representation in court
• Negotiating and drafting settlement agreements and other legal documents
• Collaborating with external legal counsel to ensure the effective resolution of disputes
• Monitoring and reporting on the progress of legal proceedings
• Assisting in the development and implementation of litigation strategies
• Ensuring the company's compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Mentoring and supervising junior members of the legal team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in legal litigation and dispute resolution, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Thorough understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to the food and beverage industry
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
• Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Proficient in legal research, case preparation, and court representation
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
