Litigation Lawyer/ Litigation Clerk

1) Litigation Lawyer
-To attend to all litigation matters and be able to attend Court matters involving Motor Insurance Claims etc.
-Drafting pleadings, cause papers, and submission.
-Preparing legal opinion, and conducting research on all legal and related matters.
-Prepare status reports and updates to superiors and clients.
-To attend to clients and other works assigned by the firm from time to time.

2) Litigation Clerk
-Handle litigation files.
-Liaise directly with client, court and any other government or private bodies.
-To perform clerical and administrative duties.
-Assist lawyers in preparing and attending legal documents.

Candidates are expected to have good communication skills, and able to work with minimum supervision. Training will be provided.
Seeking for a hardworking and qualified candidates. Experience in Insurance Claim matters will be will be an added plus

Qualifications and Requirements:

i)The said candidate should possess good drafting, analytical and research skills.
ii)The candidate should also be willing to learn and thrive under pressure
iiI) Qualified candidates should be proficient in Bahasa Malaysia and English ;
iv) Qualified candidates should be meticulous, details-oriented and diligent ;
v) Qualified candidates should have good interpersonal skills ; and
vi) Qualified candidates should be responsible, punctual and committed
