Job description

We are seeking a Listing Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Proxima. In this role, you will be responsible for uploading and managing property listings on our platform, ensuring they are accurate, engaging, and market-ready. This is a detail-oriented role that also requires marketing savviness to enhance the appeal of property listings.

As a Listing Coordinator, you will:

  1. Upload property listings from developers and agents to the Proxima platform.
  2. Review and verify the accuracy of listing data, including property descriptions, photos, documents, and pricing.
  3. Use marketing awareness to ensure that property listings are engaging and optimized.
  4. Ensure images, descriptions, and documents meet Proxima’s standards for clarity, quality, and appeal.
  5. Edit and proofread content to ensure professional, polished listings.
  6. Assist in organizing and categorizing property listings to optimize the user experience.
  7. Perform quality checks to ensure listings are complete, accurate, and market-ready.
  8. Collaborate with agents and developers to resolve any issues or gaps in the listing data.
  9. Maintain an organized and up-to-date database of property listings.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent (required); a degree in marketing, business, real estate, or a related field is a plus.
  2. Proven experience in data entry, property listings, administration, or similar roles (preferably in real estate or e-commerce).
  3. Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors or inconsistencies.
  4. Marketing savviness to ensure content is engaging, professional, and market-appropriate.
  5. Proficient spoken and written English is a must.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), graphic/video editing tools (Canva, Photoshop), and familiarity with data management tools.
  7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  8. Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  9. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple tasks effectively.
