Pay

$17.30 – $17.30 / hour

What will you do?

  • Follow supervisor’s assignments for opening and closing procedures, equipment set up and food production.
  • Prepare food and beverage products per recipe guidelines using proper preparation, cooking techniques and sanitation guidelines.
  • Safely and effectively clean and sanitize equipment according to procedures.
  • Keep workstation clean, organized, sanitized, and sufficiently stocked.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

More about you

  • Two years of related experience preferred, willing to train.
  • Must be attentive and detail-oriented while working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to read and understand recipes and food abbreviations.
  • Requires basic math skills, with the ability to calculate and properly proportion foods.
  • Must follow procedures and take directions; work independently and in a team.

Physical requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Must work rapidly in a fast-paced environment while coordinating multiple orders.
  • Able to stand for length of shift with frequent bending, lifting, reaching, stretching and grasping items.
  • Exposure to variable temperatures and kitchen dangers such as heat, burns, scalds, cuts, slips and falls.
  • Exposure to chemicals used to clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and surfaces.
