Legal Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Legal Supervisor to oversee our legal department. As the Legal Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of legal professionals, providing guidance and support on complex legal matters, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and supervise a team of legal professionals, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and conducting performance reviews.
2. Provide the commercial agreements (from Procurement, Sales, IT and other stakeholders related to commercial transactions) in order to minimize the risk of every transaction to GRP according to legal standards.
3. Create and provide any kind of documents related to commercial transactions (NDA, customer’s and vendor’s legal documents, etc.) before the transaction starts according to standards and regulations.
4. Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other legal correspondence.
5. Provide legal advice and guidance to the executive team and other departments as needed.
6. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
7. Manage legal projects and initiatives, including researching legal issues and developing strategies for resolution.
8. Assist in the negotiation of contracts and agreements with external parties.
9. Stay up-to-date on changes in laws and regulations that may impact the company.
10. Handle any legal disputes or litigation that may arise.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; advanced degree preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a legal role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
3. Strong understanding of laws and regulations related to [industry or specific area of law].
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to manage and motivate a team.
6. Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
7. Willing to relocate to Head Office: Cikarang Barat.
