About The Role

The Sr Analyst will have overall responsibility in supporting the general counsel team when doing debt, equity and other corporate transactions.

Responsibilities

  1. Supporting closing of corporate transactions and ensure governance is in place;
  2. Managing external parties in corporate transactions;
  3. Ensuring that the corporate transactions are compliance with applicable laws and corporate documents.

Minimum Requirements

  • Experienced compliance officer with minimum of 2 years PQE
  • Ideal candidate would have private practice experience in law firms
  • Demonstrable track-record in doing corporate transactions
  • Fluent in English is a must
  • Good drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization;
  • Display commercial acumen and the ability to balance legal considerations with business objectives
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information
