Legal Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Legal Counsel to support our business operations by ensuring accurate translation, thorough review, and compliance of all regulatory and contractual documents. The successful candidate will also provide expert legal consultation on various business matters.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support the business by ensuring accurate translation, thorough review, and compliance of all regulatory and contractual documents, while providing sound legal consultation on various business matters.
2. Conduct detailed reviews of contracts and agreements to identify key obligations, rights, and risks.
3. Undertake legal research on corporate matters, contracts, and relevant legislation, demonstrating strong legal drafting skills.
4. Provide comprehensive analysis and recommendations to safeguard the company’s interests.
5. Ensure all documents comply with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Offer legal advice on a wide range of business topics, including regulatory compliance, corporate transactions, and operational matters.
7. Stay updated on legal trends and legislative changes that may impact the organization and communicate them effectively to stakeholders.
8. Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements and other legal documents, playing a key role in legal due diligence activities.
9. Assist in litigation-related matters by conducting discovery and drafting necessary legal documents.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Law or equivalent.
2. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in corporate law, contracts review, and regulatory compliance.
3. Strong legal research, drafting, and negotiation skills.
4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin) are preferred.
5. Ability to work independently and provide strategic legal advice.
6. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
