Legal Specialist

We’re currently assisting our client to find a Legal Specialist for one of the top quality hospitals in Cirebon. Our client has been providing healthcare services for more than 20 years, ensuring seasoned expertise in patient care.

Location: Cirebon
Benefit: Basic Salary, Mess, operational car, BPJS, THR

Responsibilities:

1. Providing legal recommendations on corporate actions
2. Handling hospital licensing and regulatory matters
3. Reviewing contracts and third-party agreements
4. Supporting IPO preparation
5. Managing legal compliance and medicolegal cases

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Law (S.H.)
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in legal affairs; experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly preferred
3. Strong understanding of Indonesian healthcare regulations, labor law, and medical law
4. Proven ability to draft and review contracts, permits, and other legal documents
5. Skilled in managing litigation, compliance issues, and regulatory reporting
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
