Legal Senior Manager - Manufacture - Karawang (C-117280)

• Our client is a Japanese Manufacture company. Currently, they are looking for Legal Senior Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle all Legal matter (agreement, etc).
• Manage regulatory compliance and reporting.
• Manage contract preparation.
• Manage administration activities.
• Manage networking with Lawyers, Notaries, and Government.
• Other tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from Legal or related major.
• Business level of English.
• Minimum of 10 years experience as a legal manager in the manufacturing industry.
• Possess PKPA.
• Experience in drafting agreements and legal research, and providing legal advice.
• Experience in handling Internal Audit.
• Able to operate MS Office.
• Willing to work in Karawang.
