Legal & Risk Management Manager

This position is a Legal & Risk Management Manager for placement in our Corporate. This position is responsible for overseeing the company's legal affairs, managing risks, and optimizing business processes.
This role includes ensuring regulatory compliance and increasing operational efficiency through process improvement.

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee compliance policies, ensuring business operations comply with regulations, and lead enterprise risk management, crisis management, and business continuity planning.
• Handle legal disputes, litigation, arbitration, and mediation involving the company.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel for litigation cases, regulatory investigations, and other legal proceedings.
• Develop dispute resolution strategies and provide guidance on legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage legal risks and drive compliance initiatives across all business sectors.
• Ensure compliance with corporate governance laws, including business licensing, board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and company secretarial duties.
• Manage corporate documentation, including company registrations, regulatory filings, business licenses, and permits.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in corporate law, risk management and process improvement roles with a proven track record.
• Strong experience in corporate law, risk management, litigation, industrial relations, and compliance.
• Experience in industries BPO is preferred.
• Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of corporate law, risk management, and business regulations.
• Negotiation & Communication: Strong negotiation skills for contracts, disputes, and legal discussions.
• Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading legal teams and working with senior management.
• Litigation & Dispute Resolution: Ability to handle legal disputes, settlements, and court proceedings.
