Resolve all legal issues including corporate governance, compliance, risk management, licensing and operating permits.
Provide strategic legal advice to senior management on business operations, including but not limited to land issues, mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions/financing.
Manage multiple viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all parties.
Manage litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution, representing the company in legal proceedings.
Uphold the Company's code of ethics and business conduct.
Draft, review, and negotiate various contracts and legal documents.
Coordinate with notaries and ensure all company documentation and actions comply with regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement legal policies and procedures to mitigate risks.
Stay abreast of legislative changes and advise on their impact on the company.
Ensure legal coverage for all ongoing projects.
Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment.
Qualifications :
Hold bachelor's/Master's degree in Law with at least 3 years of experience in established law firms. Prior cases in property, warehouse management, or leasing would be a bonus.
Experience as in-house lawyer in similar sector would be a plus as long as the candidate has prior law-firm experience.
PERADI Licensed is a MUST.
