As part of our growing team, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Officer to join us and contribute to our mission of delivering top-tier legal solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle legal documentation and assist with company registrations, including PMA (Foreign Investment Company) and OSS
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian laws and regulations related to corporate governance, business licenses, and permits.
• Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal advice and support on matters related to business operations.
• Liaise with government institutions and regulatory bodies as required.
• Maintain and update legal records, databases, and reports.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to legal projects and client management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Officer, Legal Consultant, or in a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian business law, including PMA, OSS, and corporate licensing.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools.
