Legal Manager (Mining industry)

We are currently hiring for Legal Professional with details as follow:

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Draft, review, and finalize agreements and legal documents, and identify any potential risks and issues;
2. Provide legal services including legal documents review and draft of any kind of legal documents in accordance with company’s policies and procedures, regulatory requirements and strategic direction from company’s management;
3. Provide independent advices to company’s management team, including views on any business activities related to Indonesian law, that might have impact to the company;
4. Coordinate with other relevant department within the company’s business process to maintain the legal compliance;

KEY REQUIREMENTS

1. Minimum Master's Degree in Law from reputable university (Overseas University graduates are preferable) is a MUST;
2. English proficiency is a MUST;
3. Have over 10 years working experience in reputable Indonesian or foreign law firm (having mining clients are mandatory);
4. A holder of advocate license from Indonesian BAR association PERADI is a MUST;
5. Willing to be placed in SCBD, South Jakarta area.
