Legal Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensuring company policies align with laws and mitigating legal risks.
• Providing and approving internal legal advice as needed.
• Approving updates on business positions, shareholders, and management structures.
• Ensuring corporate permits and documents are valid, updated, and aligned with strategies.
• Resolving legal disputes with consultants and authorities.
• Involve in General Meeting Shareholder processes.
• Reviewing and ensuring contract compliance with regulations.
• Planning and monitoring the legal budget.
• Leading legal analysis and business planning.
• Overseeing Merger & Acquisitions legalities, due diligence, and master plans.
• Addressing communication and resistance risks in Merger & Acquisitions.
• Providing legal guidance and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Turning strategies into clear work plans and ensuring team members understand their roles in achieving targets.
• Overseeing performance, offering guidance, and solving issues to help the team grow and improve.

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university.
• Must have a minimum of 3 (three) years’ experience as a Legal Manager, preferably in the investment sector, and has experience working in a publicly listed company.
• Possesses extensive expertise in corporate law, capital markets, merger & acquisitions.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Indonesian and English.
• Good command of Microsoft Office is a must.
• Demonstrate leadership and manage harmonious teamwork.
• Able to quickly adapt or evolve in response to changing circumstances.
