Legal Management Staff

Role:

This role will be responsible for managing legal and compliance activities for the manufacturing office, including handling permits, contracts, non-litigation, intellectual property, and regulatory updates, ensuring that the company operates within the legal framework and maintains compliance with all applicable laws and regulations while maintaining good & constructive relationships with external parties.

Skill & Experience:

• University graduate (bachelor's degree) in Law with around 2 years of experience as a Legal Staff, handling licenses and contracts.
• Preferred candidates will be given to those with working experience with shipping companies (export-import/forwarder) and/or bonded zones.
• Experience with permit systems such as OSS, LKPM, SiiNAS, and INSW.
• Good problem-solving skills, with exceptional analytical ability.
• Fluent in English; the ability to speak Korean is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Contract and/or Agreement drafting, review, and filing.
• Permit submission & renewal process.
• License submission process.
• Civil Law (pre-litigation & non-litigation / ADR).
