Job Description

As a Legal Counsel, your main responsibilities will include:

• Negotiating, reviewing, and managing contracts, tenders and agreements.
• Providing legal advice and support to various departments.
• Ensuring legal compliance across all operations.
• Mitigating legal risks and managing disputes.
• Collaborating with external counsel as required.
• Overseeing the commercial aspects of contracts.
• Implementing and managing contract management systems and procedures.
• Training and developing team members in contract management and legal matters.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Legal Counsel should have:

• A degree in law or a related field.
• Proven experience in contract management and legal support in Construction and Infrastructure company
• Experience in in-house is a requirement
• Experience in law firm is a plus
• Solid knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations.
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
