Lead Legal & Compliance Department and develop competencies for internal team continuously.
Create and make sure SOP for internal and Company Operational.
Provide and make sure all Company document/permit complete and valid for Head Quarter, Branches, and Sister Company (Business growth, Company operational, Industrial).
Analyze, Resolve Company issues and Provide for Legal opinion, legal advice, legal drafting for internal/external Companies.
Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
Evaluate the efficiency of controls and improve them continuously.
Draft, modify, and implement company policies.
Collaborate with corporate counsels and HR departments to monitor the enforcement of standards and regulations.
Assess the business’s future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
Review the work of colleagues when necessary to identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
Prepare reports for management and external regulatory bodies as appropriate.
Provide legal assistance to the Human resources team for employment matters and contract drafting for employment and other relating matters.
To act as an owner of a company’s IP assets such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, brand names (registrations & renewals).
Legal Document Repository – Manage and oversee the Company’s commercial contracting purposes, including contract forms and legal contracts repository.
Collaborate with stakeholders and account owners/departments to educate internal stakeholders on compliance, legal and data protection requirements and to continuously promote a culture of compliance, integrity and data protection internally.
Provide Counsel, Assistance, and Support in the creation of structures and environment for ethical and legal compliances and support enforcement of global compliance policies that are applicable across multiple business units.
Give accurate and timely counsel to management in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance).
Collaborate with management to devise efficient defense strategies.
Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority), creating relations of trust.
Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.
Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization.

Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation.
Understand and have experience as a notary and or have worked in a law firm, and have an advocate certificate.
Understand about making Notary Deeds, PPAT, and other deeds, filling and Reviewing Company Documents.
Understanding and Mastering the management of land certificates or Law on Land, Assets, PBG/IMB, TDG & SLF.
Understanding and Mastering the Government Systems (ex: OSS RBA, SIINAS, Import, etc).
