Job Description

• Control the implementation of rules relating to the Integrated Management System.
• Ensure compliance and implementation of company negotiation related to general affairs properly.
• Ensure and manage well the performance of facility management.
• Ensure that company business activities are well supported by adequate facilities.
• Budget spending control and PDCA improvement ideas.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the same field.
• Good responsibility, sense of job priority, and budget control management in terms of company needs.
• Good industrial relationships and communication skills with both internal and external parties.
• Ability to balance job responsibilities and staff development in both field and administration roles.
• Knowledge of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) and 5S (Japanese method of organizing work areas).
