KEY RESPONSIBILITY:
Responsible to review, negotiate legal document and other particular as necessary, provide legal advice and execute every task assigned relevant to Legal Department activity.
Provide practical and business-driven advice on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues on a timely basis to ensure achievement and operational excellence.
Directly liaise with external parties, government institutions, or any other relevant regulators.
Review annual monitoring report for the company (including its subsidiaries).
Responsible for advising the resolution of disputes, litigation, and regulatory matters.
Provide assistance to the business in relation to existing and new business initiatives; work closely with other functions internally and be a contributor to ensure implementation of business initiatives and policies.
Provide monthly report and analysis report for legal department activity.
Handle a wide range of general corporate legal matters when required (such as drafting or reviewing contracts).
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's Degree in Law Major.
At least 3 (three) years of working experience in the related field, preferably Assistant Manager specialized in law/legal services or equivalent.
Hold an advocate license is a plus.
Familiar in law/legal knowledge related to corporate law, contract drafting, contract management and negotiations, licensing, also preferably having an experience in litigation.
Solid knowledge of all relevant local laws and regulations and proven experience liaising with relevant local regulatory institutions.
Ability to work on a broad subject of legal matters and adjust to an innovative and dynamic environment.
Exceptional working attitude like fast response and fast working pace while maintaining quality of working result, having ability to plan, organize and work under pressure.
Strong interpersonal skills and team-first attitude.
