Job description:
Perform accurate data entry of conveyancing information and relevant data into software for testing purposes.
Provide valuable feedback and reports to the IT team regarding daily testing activities and future software operations.
Offer administrative support to the Australian legal team in matters related to conveyancing, leases, and other legal matters.
Stay informed about the latest updates in Australian legal legislation and relevant government website changes.
Organize and categorize Australian legal articles and news for easy reference.
Generate regular work process reports for the office manager.
Collaborate effectively with the IT team to facilitate testing and smooth software operation.
Work closely with the Australian legal team to assist in data entry.
Fulfill other requested administrative duties as needed.
Required skills and qualifications:
Basic knowledge of MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel;
Superb written and verbal communication skills;
Ability to maintain confidentiality of company information;
Aptitude for learning new software and systems;
Preferred skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s or associate’s degree (or equivalent);
Experience in legal support or administration preferred;
Excellent proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English and preferably able in Chinese too.
