Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, or any related degree
Min. 7 years of working experience in Leasing or Commercial in Mall Industry
Proficient knowledge of Mall, Real Estate Industry, and current market conditions
Strong at analyzing and developing marketing and sales strategies
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
Able to build good cooperation with tenants
Having a pleasant personality & service-oriented
Having excellent Leadership, Analytical, Problem Solving, Communication, and Negotiation Skill
Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Fluency in Mandarin is a plus
Willing to be placed at ASG Tower - North Jakarta
