Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Support in all phases of Training Design and Development
  2. Support in monitoring and evaluating various programs under his/her scope
  3. Assist in preparing the equipment for trainer and module developer based on BCL&D Curriculum and their competency
  4. Support in facilitating external public offering training to leverage BINUS brand through BCL&D
  5. Actively involved in ensuring all the Professional Development Programs run effectively
  6. Support in executing various programs under his/her scope
  7. Support in conducting continuous improvement through rigorous evaluation & monitoring of the professional development program
  8. Support in Research & Innovation in Learning & Training
  9. Support in ensuring the Satisfaction Index of all Professional Development programs is above average
  10. Support activities and programs related to BCL&D, especially for ISO preparation and Documentation
  11. Ensure that all processes have run according to SOP.
  12. Assist in designing and developing Training Modules & Resources for staff level
  13. Assist in delivering Training (As Instructor/Facilitator) for staff level and ensure high-quality delivery
  14. Provide periodic reports to direct supervisor
  15. Support in giving suggestions for improvement processes especially related to Learning Solutions
  16. Act as a Facilitator/Trainer in the relevant competencies areas as assigned by direct supervisor or based on institution’s need
  17. Perform activities related to Quality Management System
  18. Perform other activities as assigned by direct Supervisor

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in education institution (tertiary education), or
  2. Minimum 2 years of experience as Training/Instructor with related field, or
  3. Experience in Coordinating & Implementing Various Training Programs
  1. Ability to Design & Develop Development Programs
  2. Ability to Facilitate Development Programs
  3. Experience in designing, implementing and evaluating training programs to enhance teaching and learning quality in the higher education sector
  4. Able to work collaboratively, cross-culturally, cross-organizational
