Responsibilities:

• Constantly collaborate with business partner/stakeholders for gathering training needs analysis, field observation and learning intervention
• Develop and deliver soft & technical training using multiple eLearning and communication platforms
• Improve training effectiveness by developing new approaches, techniques and making support readily available
• Expertise to handle training for culture, sales, marketing and others related to manufacturing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Psychology or any related major
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Learning & Development Supervisor/Senior Level
• Experienced in delivering training (soft & technical e.g. sales training); instructional designer and module developer
• Facilitation skills, with demonstrated self-confidence.
• Ability to adapt content and conversation to meet the needs of the audience and various persons in the related workplace
• Willing to be placed in Cikarang (full on-site)

Muliaglass produces float glass, glass container, glass block, and safety glass.

Our float glass products are exported to more than 50 countries. Glass block and safety glass products are also marketed overseas. On the contrary, glass container products are predominantly sold in the domestic market, catering to the consumer goods and pharmaceutical industries. Muliakeramik Indahraya produces both floor and wall ceramic tile.

We have a total production capacity of approximately 160,000 square meters per day. With our economies of scale, we are one of the most efficient domestic tile players.
