Contract, Kasual/Temporer

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify training needs to be in-line with the company's business.
  2. Develop and design training program slides, materials, and other training initiatives necessary to achieve organizational goals.
  3. Ensure all training and development activities are according to the Company Core Values and strategically support the business.
  4. Make any necessary adjustments to training methodology to ensure all training is relevant.
  5. Evaluate and analyze organizational performance to ensure development programs meet business needs and improve performance.
  6. Develop, organize, and conduct orientation for new employees.
  7. Set up an On-the-Job Training system, handle placement and scheduling of trainees, and monitor and supervise their performance.
  8. Administer all training records, ensuring efficient record-keeping and filing systems.
  9. Coordinate with different departments on training reports and schedules, including confirmation of participants for all training programs.
  10. Support and participate in Training & Development initiatives and projects.
