With a focus on AI integration and high-density workloads, by leveraging LG’s technological expertise and Sinar Mas's local knowledge, the company aims to drive innovation and support economic growth in Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps and align learning initiatives with business goals.
  • Design and deliver engaging learning programs, including onboarding, leadership development, technical training, and soft skills workshops.
  • Partner with department heads and SMEs to develop role-specific training content.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Manage Learning Management Systems (LMS) and maintain up-to-date training records.
  • Promote a learning culture through communication campaigns, workshops, and coaching initiatives.
  • Stay current with learning trends, tools, and technologies to continually enhance the learning experience.
  • Collaborate with HR to support performance management, career development, and succession planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field (master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development.
  • Strong knowledge of IT learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
  • Experience with e-learning platforms, LMS administration, and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate, Canva).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training outcomes and ROI.
