Job Description

As a Lean Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

• Driving lean initiatives across the department
• Facilitating continuous improvement processes
• Identifying areas of improvement in the manufacturing process
• Developing and implementing lean training programs
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficiency
• Tracking and reporting on lean initiatives and their impact

The Successful Applicant

A successful Lean Manager possesses:

• Deep expertise in lean principles and methodologies.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience in lean manufacturing, process improvement, or operational excellence, ideally within a plastic molding or manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in lean tools (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping).
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• A proven track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
