Job Description:

• To supervise the limited production cells to achieve output, quality, and delivery as target.
• To organize the changes: Mold change, Colour change, and Worker change during breaktime.
• To evaluate the production data, investigate the root cause of problems, establish corrective actions, and educate the workers.
• To provide materials, tools, and equipment for production operation.
• To communicate with previous and next shift leaders delivering all necessary information.
• To participate in the briefing of beginning shift and other trainings requested by the company.
• To supervise 6S in the cell according to the cell layout and work instructions.
• To process other work as instructed by superiors.

Requirements:

• Minimum D3/Polytechnic degree in a technical field
• At least 5-8 years of working experience in the related field (Injection Molding/Plastic Injection/Production Engineering/Production Mold)
• Understand Injection Molding and Mold, Quality Mindset, and Leadership or People Management (Experience in an Injection Molding company is a priority)
• Fluency in English (both oral and written)
• Skilled in Troubleshooting Analysis & able to work as a Trainer
• Knowledge of environmental aspect identification, impact assessment, and control
• Broad understanding of Health & Safety Work Management Systems (K3)
• Fundamental knowledge of safe work practices
