Lead Product Analyst

The Lead Product Analyst will be responsible for supporting the Product team by researching and providing a clear analysis of product initiatives. You will be our strongest advocate for making data-first decisions. The perfect candidate should have a strong background in teamwork and using data to drive the decision-making process.

About The Job

• Research and analysis of the landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest trends to identify and fill product gaps.
• Generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth and conversion.
• Work with PMs to write product specs, evaluate pros and cons, and conduct what-if scenario analysis.
• Conduct product performance evaluations - monitoring key metrics and recommending strategies for optimization.
• Create tracking and test plans to ensure metrics are accurate for product deployments.
• Work closely with engineering, marketing, and operations to translate the impact of product changes into key business metrics.
• Leadership ability to manage a team of analysts.

• At least 3-5 years of experience as a data analyst, product manager, or programmer in a startup environment.
• Solid technical background (SQL is a must, Python preferable) with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development.
• Extremely strong communication skills and comfortable communicating in English.
• Strong intuition for user behavior.
• Ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with strong project management skills to follow through on execution.
