Job Role

• Designing and developing robust features in Astro’s native iOS applications
• Resolve reproducible defects in a timely manner
• Building reusable components and iOS libraries for future use
• Maintaining, monitoring, and improving the quality of every feature you owned
• Working closely with Head / Manager and reporting to them daily, weekly, and monthly
• Driving technical direction and leadership in a fast-paced and data-driven environment
• Translating product requirements into technical actionable steps
• Prioritizing and creating a timeline together with Head, Manager, and Product team
• Facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives for the team
• Providing coaching and establishing processes for the team
• Taking responsibility for the entire life cycle of your product: development, test, production, and subsequent fixes and improvements

Requirements

• Experience in designing and developing robust features in iOS applications
• Ability to resolve reproducible defects in a timely manner
• Experience in building reusable components and iOS libraries for future use
• Strong skills in maintaining, monitoring, and improving the quality of features
• Ability to work closely with Head / Manager and provide regular updates
• Experience in driving technical direction and leadership in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to translate product requirements into technical actionable steps
• Experience in prioritizing and creating timelines with teams
• Experience in facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives
• Ability to provide coaching and establish processes for teams
• Experience in taking responsibility for the entire life cycle of products
