Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations in the laundry department, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Supervise laundry staff, providing training, support, and performance evaluations.
• Conduct regular inspections of the laundry area and processed linens to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to coordinate guest services and maintain smooth operations.

Our Ideal Laundry Supervisor candidate will have:

• Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a hotel or hospitality environment, specifically in laundry or operations.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring high performance.
• Exceptional attention to detail in inspecting processed linens and the laundry area to ensure cleanliness and adherence to hotel standards.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members, guests, and other departments.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines, especially during peak hours.
• Familiarity with laundry techniques, equipment, and safety protocols relevant to the hospitality industry.
• A positive and proactive approach to work, inspiring and encouraging team members to maintain high standards of service and cleanliness.
