Full Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative Landscape Designer to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate on various projects, contributing fresh ideas and innovative design solutions that enhance outdoor spaces. Your work will involve using design software to support senior designers in creating stunning landscapes that align with our clients' vision and sustainability goals.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture, Landscape Design, Horticulture, Graphic Design, or a related field.
2. Strong proficiency in design software, such as Lumion, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Photoshop.
3. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in landscape design or a related field.
4. Strong understanding of landscape design principles, horticultural practices, plant selection, and landscape construction techniques.
5. Energetic, responsible, good interpretation, and passion in landscape design work.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.

Job Responsibilities

1. Report to Landscape Executive / Senior Designer.
2. Prepare and produce graphic presentations, 2D drawings, and 3D drawings as assigned by Landscape Executive / Senior Designer with necessary design tools.
3. Research and analyze landscape design for proposal work presentation.
4. Assist in site measurement and propose suitable plants or intend for housing landscape with customers during site visits and cooperate with the Landscape Executive to provide proposal drawings.
5. Revise and amend client design proposals as per comments and instructions given.
6. Filing and documentation of any design proposals.
7. Achieve and maintain design proposals by monitoring the design stage progress, coordinating activities, and resolving any problems, technical issues, or discrepancies in the targeted period.
8. Study any new concepts and design intents in landscape design and propose within the sources and budget as stated.
9. Source materials as per proposal with new prospective suppliers.
10. Perform the proposal design stage on time and with good interpretation.
11. Undertake any other duties assigned by the Landscape Executive / Senior Designer / Director.
