Laboratory Operations Staff (Lab Design) BINUS @Alam Sutera

Job Descriptions

1. Perform assistance/teaching activities according to schedule.
2. Ensure all laboratory facilities usage are according to valid standard and procedure.
3. Ensure tidiness and conducive learning environment in the Laboratory area.
4. Implement safety and request regulation of laboratory material and consumable equipment usage.
5. Handle preparation of overall practicum equipment and consumable equipment.
6. Conduct maintenance and calibration process for laboratory center assets.
7. Provide support for faculty member during students’ laboratory activities.
8. Provide support for faculty member to develop practicum module for lecture purpose.
9. Participate in other activities that are conducted by internal or external unit.
10. Record Information and services activities periodically.
11. Provide input/solution to improve effectiveness of Information and services activities in related area.
12. Collaborate with other Units to maintain and enhance effective information and services activities for users.
13. Perform and complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
14. Provide periodic report to direct supervisor.
15. Suggest improvement process related to laboratory center activities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost).
16. Perform activities related to Quality Management System.
17. Compile, maintain and file all report, records and documents related to laboratory center service program.

Requirements

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from Design/Visual Communication Design/Interior Design.
2. Minimum 1 year of experience in related field.
3. Willing to be placed in BINUS @Alam Sutera (Tangerang, Banten).
4. Excellent in using Microsoft Office or Design tools.
5. Experience in photography/photo-editing.
