Job Description

This is an on-site contract role as a Korean Speaker Quality Assurance located in Semarang. As a Korean Speaker Quality Assurance you will be responsible for:

1. Perform quality checks on customer service agents handling inquiries including the LLM review.
2. Ensure processes and translation results comply with native Korean standards.
3. Provide direct live translation from Indonesian to Korean on customer cases if necessary.
4. Prepare and present regular reports on translation results and areas for improvement.

Job Requirements

1. Indonesian citizen with minimum diploma degree in any related field with GPA min 2.75 preferred.
2. Certified TOPIK 5 Language Proficiency.
3. Able to articulate findings, recommendations and feedback effectively, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding among teams.
4. Proficient problem-solving abilities to identify root causes and decision-making possibilities.
5. Preferably have experience in the Travel/Hospitality Industry.
6. Ready to work on shifting schedules.
7. Fluent in English and Korean both speaking and writing.
8. Willing to work immediately.
9. Willing to be placed in Semarang.
