Korean Language Instructor

Job Responsibilities:

• Teach advanced-level Korean language classes to ensure participants’ language proficiency.
• Refine and develop Korean language curriculum to meet educational goals and participant needs.
• Coordinate and manage a team of Korean language instructors to ensure program consistency and quality.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to part-time and full-time instructors.
• Monitor program performance and make improvements based on feedback and assessment results.
• Collaborate with management to implement innovative teaching methods and materials.

Requirements:

• TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) Level 4 or higher.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Korean Language Education, Linguistics, or a related field).
• Maximum age of 35 years old.
• Strong teaching experience, preferably at the advanced level.
• Experience in curriculum design and refinement.
• Fluent in both Korean and English, with excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a program coordinator or similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Passion for teaching and program development.
