About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced KOL (Key Opinion Leader) Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team at PT. JOY HOUSE INDONESIA. In this full-time role based in North Jakarta, Jakarta, you will play a crucial part in developing and executing effective influencer marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and engagement for our company products.

What you'll be doing

• Identifying and vetting the most relevant and influential KOLs (Affiliates / Influencers) within our target industries
• Negotiating and managing partnerships with selected KOLs (Affiliates / Influencers) to ensure successful brand collaborations
• Creating engaging content and campaigns in collaboration with KOLs (Affiliates / Influencers) to reach and convert our target audience
• Tracking and analyzing the performance of KOL (Affiliates / Influencers)-driven campaigns to optimize future strategies
• Staying up-to-date with the latest influencer marketing trends and best practices
• Providing regular reports and recommendations to the marketing leadership team

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing or a related field
• Proven track record of successfully identifying, recruiting and managing KOLs to drive measurable results
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with KOLs (Affiliates / Influencers)
• Proficient in content creation, campaign management and performance analysis
• Up-to-date knowledge of the latest influencer marketing trends and platforms
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Passion for brand building and a keen eye for emerging marketing opportunities
