KOL & Affiliate Specialist

We are looking for a KOL & Affiliate Specialist for CutOff & Perfect Date with experience in influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, and brand collaborations. This role requires a self-starter who can independently manage relationships with KOLs, negotiate partnerships, and optimize affiliate marketing strategies to drive conversions and brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, recruit, and manage relationships with KOLs, influencers, and affiliates.
• Develop and execute influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns.
• Negotiate contracts, deliverables, and incentives with partners.
• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams for seamless execution.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to foster brand loyalty.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL, influencer, or affiliate marketing.
• Preferred experience working in a marketing agency or fashion/beauty brand.
• Preferred to have completed a KOL Specialist bootcamp or relevant training.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and social media analytics tools.
• Ability to analyze data, track performance, and optimize campaigns.
• Passion for digital marketing, influencer trends, and brand collaborations.
