Effectively manage food and beverage inventory, ensuring that stock levels are maintained and orders are placed in a timely manner to avoid shortages or wastage
Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or special requests promptly and professionally
Implement strategies to upsell food and beverage items, maximizing revenue and contributing to the overall profitability
You will fit in this job if you:
Min. high school diploma, additional education/certification in hospitality management or related field is advantageous
Min. 1 (one) year of working experience in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to engage with guests and work collaboratively with other departments
Willing to be placed at Bobocabin Pangalengan, West Java
