Then come in and join our Indonesia team as a Key Account Manager - Sumatera Region.

The candidate will be accountable only for Hospitals in greater Jakarta by establishing very deep relationships, understanding their needs, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to have strategic activity.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

1. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with products and services.
2. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue from the respective accounts.
3. You will act as the primary point of contact for the key clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
4. You will analyze competitor activities and market dynamics, adjusting account strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive advantage.
5. You will collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer services, and project management to deliver exceptional customer experiences and meet client expectations.

Your qualifications and experiences:

1. You shall have 3 years’ experience in Radiology Imaging, Oncology, and Cardiology areas.
2. You shall have a strong track record of success in key account management.
3. You shall have experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
4. Any relevant bachelor’s degree.
5. You will demonstrate the ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
