Job Responsibilities:

  • Relationship Building:
  • Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact, understanding their needs and priorities.
  • Build trust and rapport to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Strategic Account Management:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts (upselling/cross-selling).
  • Analyze account performance, identify trends, and provide recommendations.
  • Drive sales and revenue generation from key accounts.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing) to ensure client needs are met.
  • Communication & Coordination:
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients.
  • Proactively address client inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Effectively communicate product updates, market trends, and company initiatives.
  • Grow sales R17+ and Luxury, SU, EV in big cities.
  • Grow our SOM in big cities by penetrating new channels and new key accounts in big cities.
  • Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Forecasting: Develop accurate sales forecasts for key accounts.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on account performance, sales activity, and key metrics.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other sales team members, as well as cross-functional teams (marketing, customer support, product development).

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree preferable in Sales & Marketing & related
  • More than 6 years experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 2 years in the managerial level
  • Basic Tire, Product and Business Process Knowledge
  • Sales and Marketing Knowledge
  • Interpersonal, communication, influence and impact
  • Leadership skill (Motivating, Coaching, Delegating)
  • English proficiency (verbal and written) and computer literate
  • Excellent relationship-building abilities
  • Strategic thinking and planning
  • Sales and negotiation expertise
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Business acumen and industry knowledge
  • Time management and organizational skills
